Dr. Kwin Sirikwin, Dr. Alvin Marcelo and Dr. Portia Fernandez-Marcelo represented AeHIN in the recent SNOMED CT Expo held at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia last October 31-November 1.
AeHIN’s participation showed the importance of having a reference terminology to help countries with their standardization effort.
AeHIN was one of the co-organizers of this year’s event. Dr. Khadzir Bin Sheikh Ahmad from Malaysia, who is also an AeHIN member, was the overall head organizer.
