The Interoperability Demo & Convergence Workshop Planning event brought together key leaders and technical teams to prepare for upcoming national and regional health interoperability demonstrations. Held at Sequoia Hotel Manila Bay on December 11-12, 2023, the workshop focused on strengthening collaboration across institutions and ensuring that future interoperability showcases are well-designed, standards-based, and aligned with national priorities.

AeHIN Convergence Workshop methodology will be used for the Philippine Digital Health Summit

FHIR-based data exchange: Review of core resources and profiles expected for the demo.

Terminology readiness: Ensuring SNOMED CT, LOINC, and local value sets are properly curated.

Systems integration pathways: Identifying touchpoints among EHRs, registries, and digital health apps.

Governance and coordination: Setting up smoother communication channels among organizers and partners.
