AeHIN, with support from the World Health Organization, GIZ, and partners, offered The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Part 1 and 2 from 25 to 28 March 2014 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Fifteen participants from 7 countries are sponsored by the network to undergo the training and get vouchers to be TOGAF Certified.

TOGAF is a framework for enterprise architecture which provides a comprehensive approach for designing, planning, implementing, and governing an enterprise information architecture. It is a methodology that can be used by ministries of health to formalize their national ehealth strategy into a set of action lines based on techniques outlined in the WHO-International Telecommunication Union National eHealth Strategy Toolkit.
