On December 1, 2025, Transform Health welcomed its fifth year with its partners at the Coalition Meeting in Nairobi, Kenya. Transform Health convened this meeting with Coalition partners to review progress over the past five years and align on the strategic objectives that will guide collective efforts over the next five years.
The Asia eHealth Information Network, represented by its Executive Director, Mr. Jai Ganesh Udayasankaran, reaffirmed the network’s commitment to advancing equitable, people-centred digital transformation.
AeHIN has been actively supporting and promoting Health Data Governance (HDG) in countries. Since 2021, the network has been involved in the development and dissemination of the HDG principles, facilitating in-country dialogues and regional consultations on the Model Law, and evolving the global framework on HDG.
AeHIN had also contributed to the consultation and development of the Roadmap to 2030 alongside several partners and co-hosted various dialogues around it during Digital Health Week 2025. In the first quarter of 2026, AeHIN will host a webinar highlighting its regional engagements with Mongolia, Nepal, and Vietnam to assess their legislative and regulatory landscapes and updates on health data governance, and convene national workshops to facilitate the development of national implementation roadmaps.
